This is a rare in-person May Day celebration in Astoria: an immersive afternoon of sound healing and Transformational Reiki designed to clear the past, soften the nervous system, and strengthen the trajectory of your future. This gathering is intentionally intimate so every participant is truly held, seen, and supported.
This event is extra special because two out-of-town facilitators are joining forces for one afternoon only, bringing 50+ years of combined experience in sound healing and Transformational Reiki.

Through a tapestry of modalities—massage, yoga, sound healing, mindfulness, reiki, doula services, and herbal studies—I create spaces where individuals, especially youth and women, can reconnect with their inner power and explore the art of self-love.
